王小萍， 女，生於1976 年10月，研究員，博士生導師。多次組織及參加青藏高原野外科考，主要從事持久性有機污染物全球循環方面的工作。在青藏高原建立了大氣持久性有機污染物的監測網路，並對有機氯農藥，多氯聯苯，多溴聯苯醚以及多環芳烴等污染物在中緯度高海拔地區的大氣背景值、空間分布和季節變化特徵進行了研究，獲得了印度季風將南亞污染物傳輸至青藏高原的直接證據，明確了青藏高原陸地生態系統對持久性有機污染物的“匯”效應。首屆國家自然科學基金委優秀青年基金獲得者，首屆中國科學院“盧嘉錫青年人才獎”獲得者，首屆中國科學院青年創新促進會會員。已在國內外發表論文28篇，其中SCI 25篇，SCI引用400餘次。
