主要成就

王宏偉教授長期致力於使用冷凍電鏡技術研究生物大分子的結構以及其組裝機制,研究領域集中在細胞骨架動態機理、RNA降解、RNA干擾以及冷凍電鏡方法學。目前已獲得微管和Exosome等的高分辨電鏡結構。此外,王宏偉教授還與其他課題組合作,解析了一批具有重要生物學意義的生物大分子的結構。
