熊喆，男，中國科學院大氣物理研究所正研級高級工程師、博士生導師。1995年獲北京氣象學院大氣科學學士學位，2001年獲博士學位後留所工作，歷任助理研究員、副研究員（2007年晉升），2018年起任正研級高級工程師並擔任博導。
主要從事區域氣候模式研發與套用研究，主持國家自然科學基金重大研究計畫集成項目"黑河流域高時空解析度未來氣候變化情景模擬與不確定性評估"等14項國家級課題，參與全球變化國家重大研究計畫"大尺度土地利用變化對全球氣候的影響"。作為區域環境集成系統模式RIEMS 2.0的主要研發者，其成果套用於青藏高原對流解析區域氣候模式構建及黑河流域氣候變化模擬。2005年赴德國馬普氣象研究所開展合作研究。
在《中國科學通報》《大氣科學進展》等期刊發表論文60餘篇，合作出版專著《中國陸地生態系統綜合監測與評估》。獲2017年"科學中國人年度人物"獎、2016年中國科學院關鍵技術人才獎等榮譽。
