現任清華大學教授主要科研領域與方向
利用模式生物衣藻為材料研究纖毛又稱鞭毛的組裝、散拆及信號傳導;
研究纖毛在動物發育及生理過程中的作用及與纖毛相關的人類疾病如腎臟病,多指症,呼吸道疾病,肥胖症及生殖不育症等;
研究植物的抗逆性機理;
微藻技術的開發和利用;
