溫大興，博士，種子科學與工程系講師。2017年6月畢業於山東農業大學農學院，獲農學博士學位；2017年8月，在山東農業大學生物學博士後科研流動站從事博士後研究；2019年9月，在山東農業大學農學院工作。

種子科學與技術
1.玉米中胚軸伸長機制研究
通過GWAS、BSA-seq、QTL定位等技術，挖掘玉米中胚軸伸長相關基因並驗證其功能，加速玉米種子出苗、保障出苗整齊。
2.高活力種子的調控機理解析
通過轉錄組學、蛋白質組學、代謝組學等技術，研究影響小麥和玉米高活力種子形成的內外因素，揭示高活力種子的調控機理，為高質量種子生產提供依據。
3.研發種子檢驗新技術
改進現有種子檢驗方法的不足、創建新的種子檢驗方法，提高種子檢驗效率。目前，已經創建了種子純度快速分子檢測技術、種子活力快速無損檢測技術。
