業績概要

1)國內國際核心化學期刊上發表論文37篇及英文專著一章。
2)率先發現了以手性亞碸亞胺(sulfoximine)為手性助劑的不對稱的1,4-加成反應, 使在芳香基團, 雜環共扼環的α位引入手性烷基手性中心更加容易。反應具有廣泛 的普遍性和絕對的立體選擇性。
3)在美國國立衛生研究院(NIH), Tuberculosis Antimicrobial Acquisition and Coordinating Facility (TAACF) 和 CV Therapeutics 的支持下, 利用這特定的化學設計, 合成了一系列具有絕對構像的抗結核病的天然或非天然化合物例如(+)-curcumeme, (+)-curcuphenol, pesudoteroxazole, erogorgiaene, colombiasin A 和 elisapterosin B及分子改造, 開發出了一些選擇性地高, 毒性小的抗結核劑。
4)發現用改進的aza-Achmatowicz 方法合成多取代吡咯。確定銠(II)催化吲哚環加成串聯反應的相對立體構像。設計, 合成了一系列具有高生物活性的天然化合物例如kopsifoline的核 心結構。
5)曾從事各類癌症藥物和肥胖症的小分子藥物等發現,合成, 研製及工業開發。其中一個臨床III藥在2009年9月得到美國FDA批准。
