沈亞歐,女,1979年10月出生,博士,研究員,博士生導師,四川省學術和技術帶頭人後備人選。2014年4月至2015年4月在美國愛荷華州立大學進行訪問學習。現主要研究方向為玉米重要性狀基因功能及轉基因育種,先後完成了玉米幼胚培養相關性狀QTL定位、玉米細胞質雄性不育miRNA、玉米紋枯病脅迫miRNA功能、玉米幼胚脫分化分子機理、玉米耐重金屬脅迫機理、玉米產量基因克隆及高產轉基因玉米新品種培育等領域研究。已創製產量性狀明顯改善的轉基因玉米自交系3個,主研育成玉米新品種漢單999一個,鑑定國家級和省級成果各1項。先後主持國家自然科學基金項目3項、國家973計畫項目子課題1項、國家轉基因重大專項子課題1項、四川省傑出青年基金1項、四川省教育廳重點項目1項、國家自然科學基金重大研究計畫子項目1項。已獲授權發明專利2項、實用新型專利8項。 近三年來在《Trends in Biotechnology》、 《PNAS》、 《Plos one》、 《Funct Integr Genomemics》、 《Physiologia Plantarum》等國際主流期刊上發表論文數篇。
