段宏波，男，中國科學院大學特聘教授，研究領域：環境與資源經濟學、綜合評估建模、碳大數據與金融。主持NSFC傑出/優秀青年科學基金項目，面上項目，以及國家重點研發計畫課題等數項。研究見於Science、Nature、Nature Food、Nature Sustainability、Nature Communications、EARE、NSR、The Innovation、《管理世界》《經濟研究》等國內外重要期刊，先後獲得教育部高等學校優秀科研成果（人文社科）一等獎，安徽省自然科學二等獎，ERL年度最佳論文獎等國內外獎項，曾受邀在世界銀行和IMF聯合研討會做90分鐘專題報告與研討，入選全球前2%頂尖科學家榜單和終身科學影響力榜單 (史丹福大學)。
