歐內斯特·莫尼茲(Ernest Jeffrey Moniz，1944年12月22日-)是一名美國核物理學家，自2013年5月起任美國能源部長。之前在1995到1997年擔任Bill Clinton政府的科技政策辦公室的助理主管，1997到2001年在美國能源部任職。
他是非盈利的能源研究機構The CyprusI nstitute和CecilandIda Green Professor of Physics and Engineering Systems的創始成員和主管，以及麻省理工學院的能源與環境實驗室主任。
