樊靜麗（1987-），漢族，河北人，現任中國礦業大學（北京）能源與礦業學院副院長，教授、博士生導師。主要研究方向為能源系統工程、能源環境複雜系統建模、能源與氣候經濟、資源環境可持續發展等。入選第二批中國科協“青年人才托舉工程”、國際清潔能源拔尖創新人才培養項目，獲霍英東基金會青年教師基金、北京市優秀人才-青年骨幹個人、校首批“越崎青年學者”。擔任Journal of Cleaner Production副主編、可持續發展研究會氣候變化工作委會會委員、中國優選法統籌法與經濟數學研究會能源經濟與管理分會理事。
