楊碚芳

楊碚芳,女,1946年生,1969年畢業於中國科學技術大學物理系,1977年以來在中國科學技術大學從事科研與教學工作,1992年至1993年在加拿大多倫多大學物理系合作科研。

簡介

現任中國科學技術大學教授,博士生導師。楊碚芳教授多年來致力於光電功能材料,特別是新型寬頻隙半導體材料的製備、結構與物性研究。已在Appl. Phys. Lett. , J.Appl. Phys.等國內外刊物發表論文30餘篇。目前,承擔一項國家自然科學基金重點項目和一項國家自然科學基金面上項目。
