研究方向
主要從事抗感染藥物的研究與開發，重點研究領域為抗感染藥物包括噁唑烷酮類、喹諾酮類、碳青黴烯類抗菌藥物、抗B肝病毒藥物、抗真菌藥物；抗糖尿病藥物；抗精神分裂症藥物以及藥物合成新工藝與新方法。

先後承擔過國家重大“863”專項，國家“973”項目（子課題），國家自然科學基金，中國科學院知識創新重要研究方向，上海市科委“手性藥物研究”重大項目，上海市優秀啟明星跟蹤計畫等重大科研項目。在創新藥物研究與產業化中做出了重要成績，獲得國家6個二類新藥證書；一類新藥 YH54 已於2006年12月申請新藥證書和生產批文；一類新藥鹽酸安妥沙星2009年4月獲得新藥證書。
獲獎及榮譽
曾獲得2007-2009年度上海市先進工作者稱號（勞動模範）， 2010年IBC中國藥物發現年度獎（IBC China Drug Discovery of the Year Award），首屆中國科學院優秀博士後，上海市優秀啟明星，中國科學院自然科學進步二等獎，上海市科技進步一等獎。
