楊志惠，女，1973年4月出生，博士，西南醫科大學臨床醫學院病理學教研室（附屬醫院病理科）主任、教授、博士研究生導師。第十二批四川省學術和技術帶頭人後備人選，第十一批四川省衛健委學術技術帶頭人，畢業於瀘州醫學院（現西南醫科大學）臨床醫學系，四川大學博士，研究方向為腫瘤基礎與臨床。
1992年至1997年就讀於瀘州醫學院，獲學士學位後留校任教，歷任病理學教研室助教。2003年至2008年在四川大學完成博士學業，2013年赴美國貝勒醫學院及MD安德森癌症中心訪學。主持國家自然科學基金、四川省科技廳項目，在《中華病理學雜誌》等期刊發表論文，代表作涉及食管鱗癌PI3K/AKT/mTOR信號通路、結直腸癌分子標記物等研究。
