梁朋四川大學生命科學學院教授 博導北京大學生物系學士,美國伊利諾斯大學生物化學博士,美國哈佛大學醫學院 Dana-Farber癌症研究所博士後,美國 Vanderbilt大學終身教授。是基因差異顯示技術和蛋白質三聚體化技術的發明人、白介素24(IL-24)及受體的發現者、p53靶基因 Killin,NDRG1,CYFIP2和TIS11D的發現者,擁有10項已授權的美國專利。1997年獲北美華人生物學家年會(SCBA)頒發的“科技發明大獎”,1998年獲德國分子生物學和生物化學協會頒發的“分子分析大獎”。

研究方向

癌症及自身免疫性疾病(如牛皮癬及關節炎)等的發病分子基理及治療手段。

研究內容

本實驗室以運用世界上最先進的螢光基因表達差異顯示(FDD)技術為手段,尋找及發現疾病相關的靶基因,用生物化學及細胞生物學的方法對其進行功能性研究。用AP-Tag技術尋找及研究相關的分泌型細胞因子及其細胞表面受體,並運用現代生物邏輯製藥的方法(包括本實驗室發明的蛋白質三聚體化技術),在生物反應器中採用無血清細胞培養技術研發生產新一代癌症及自身免疫性疾病的靶向抗體及可溶性受體蛋白質藥物。
