1993年7月，畢業於北京農業大學食品科學與工程系（現中國農業大學食品科學與營養工程學院），獲工學學士學位；
1999年7月，畢業於中國農業大學食品學院，獲工學碩士學位；
2006年11月，畢業於中國農業大學食品學院，獲工學博士學位。
2007年10月，完成荷蘭Wageningen大學博士論文答辯，獲博士學位

1993年7月至今，於中國農業大學食品學院從事教學、科研工作。

已完成“中荷合作項目”——大米加工過程中微量營養素的保護與強化；“納它黴素抑菌效果的研究”，“蛋糕品質保證體系的建立”，“速凍山藥護色的研究”，“桑椹系列產品的開發研製”，“紅龍果酒的開發”等項目。
