柳欽火

柳欽火，男，1968年1月生，研究員，博士生導師，中國科學院遙感套用研究所遙感科學國家重點實驗室副主任，遙感輻射傳輸研究室主任。近年承擔國家973、863、科技支撐、自然科學基金重點項目、中科院知識創新工程項目等，組織開展了“北京星機地定量遙感綜合試驗”,主持開發了“RSIS遙感反演系統V1.0”等軟體；參與開發“機載多角度多光譜（AMTIS）遙感數據處理軟體V1.0”、我國典型農作物標準波譜知識庫，合作出版專著3部，發表學術論文140餘篇，其中SCI論文29篇。

主要研究方向

遙感輻射傳輸機理研究，中科院遙感套用研究所遙感科學國家重點實驗室的主要研究方向之一。近年來，在中科院知識創新工程和國家973、863、自然科學基金項目的支持下，組建了一個包括研究員、副研究員、博士後、博士生和碩士生等共二十餘人的科研團隊，圍繞地表能量平衡過程遙感監測所面臨的遙感信息定量化問題，開展深入研究。
