人物經歷
2016年畢業於東京海洋大學,獲套用生命科學專業博士學位。同年入職深圳大學材料學院從事博士後研究工作,合作導師Florian J. Stadler。2019年入職華東理工大學生物工程學院食品科學與工程系。先後主持國家自然科學基金青年基金、上海市自然科學基金面上項目、微生物技術國家重點實驗室(山東大學)開放課題和多項企業橫向課題等科研項目。在Food Hydrocoll、Carbohyr Polym、Mol Nutri Food Res、Process Biochem、J Rheology等雜誌發表相關研究論文35篇。Polymers雜誌客座編輯,Food and Health青年編委。
研究方向
1. 食品親水膠體
基於多糖、蛋白等食品親水膠體的物性表征,研究其在功能性食品、益生菌及功能生物材料等領域的套用。
2. 生物活性肽
基於深度學習的生物活性肽高通量篩選和生物製造,開發功能生物活性肽產品。
3. 益生菌
功能益生菌發掘、高密度發酵及凍乾保護劑開發。
教學
主講本科生必修課程《食品工藝學實驗》、《專業外語》和《畢業實習》。
