李雨，女，中國國籍，上海交通大學長軌副教授。2011年本科畢業於華中科技大學光信息科學與技術系，2016年獲香港科技大學電子與計算機工程系博士學位。2016年至2019年在新加坡科技研究局微電子研究院納米光子實驗室任研究科學家，2019年至2022年擔任Marvell公司矽光研發部門主任工程師，2022年9月起任職於上海交通大學。
她在國際光子學領域發表論文24篇（第一作者10篇），獲國際專利3項，曾獲2015年亞洲通信與光子學會議最佳論文獎。研究方向包括大規模高速矽光集成晶片、矽光平台工藝開發及高速矽光器件，涉及矽基異質集成新材料在光通信、雷射雷達等領域的套用。與周林傑教授團隊合作開發了基於低損耗相變材料的光收發晶片。

李雨，2011年本科畢業於華中科技大學光信息科學與技術系，2016年博士畢業於香港科技大學電子與計算機工程系。在國際光子學領域重要刊物及國際會議上發表論文24篇，其中一作10篇，國際專利3項。曾獲Asia Communication and Photonics Conference 2015 最佳論文獎。 2016-2019年任職於新加坡科技研究局微電子研究院(IME)納米光子實驗室，擔任研究科學家一職。2019年至2022年在Marvell公司矽光研發部門擔任主任工程師。2022年9月入職上海交通大學。主要研究方向為套用於光通信領域的大規模高速矽光集成晶片，矽光平台工藝開發，以及高速矽光器件。
