李銳：男，武漢大學公共衛生學院講師。
2008年畢業於武漢大學生命科學院生物學基地班，獲理學學士學位；2013年畢業於美國田納西大學營養系，獲博士學位；2013年7月加入武漢大學公共衛生學院營養與食品衛生系。
主要研究課題：1. 維生素A對肝臟葡萄糖和脂質代謝的影響
2. 進食頻率和進食時間對動物體重的影響。
