李萌(大連海洋大學食品科學與工程學院實驗師)

李萌，女，漢族，1987年12月出生，2004至2008年，山東理工大學食品科學與工程專業，獲學士學位；2008至2011年，中國海洋大學獲食品科學碩士學位；2011至2014年於中國海洋大學獲得水產品加工及貯藏工程博士學位。2014年7月於大連海洋大學食品科學與工程學院任教。

研究方向

主要研究方向具體如下：食品安全相關致病菌和腐敗菌的防控；海洋抗菌活性物質的開發與套用
