李茂青，男，1953年出生，教授、博士生導師，全國計算機遠程教育與繼續教育研究會副理事長、福建省系統工程學會理事長、中國空間技術研究院兼職研究員。現任廈門大學信息科學與技術學院副院長，分管研究生工作。曾任2002年國際控制與自動化學術會議程式委員會主席；第十屆製造與管理學術會議組委會主席；2005年國際環境與信息學術會議組委會主席；2006年首屆國際計算機新科技與教育學術會議組委會主席。

李茂青，男，1953年出生，教授、博士生導師，全國計算機遠程教育與繼續教育研究會副理事長、中國系統工程學會常務理事、福建省系統工程學會理事長。現任廈門大學信息科學與技術學院副院長。國際系統與控制雜誌主編。曾任2002年國際控制與自動化學術會議程式委員會主席；第十屆製造與管理學術會議組委會主席；2005年國際環境與信息學術會議組委會主席；2006年首屆國際計算機新科技與教育學術會議組委會主席。
