李成德，農學博士，教授（三級），博士生導師。主要從事膜翅目寄生性天敵類群的分類學研究。自1980年考入東北林學院以來，一直在本校森林保護學科學習和工作。1984、1987、1995年分別獲的學士、碩士、博士學位，1999年晉升為教授。主持多項國家自然科學基金等國家級項目，發表學術論文150餘篇，包括SCI論文30餘篇，主編《森林昆蟲學》等全國高等農林院校教材及專著多部。曾獲國家科技進步二等獎1項，省部級科技進步1、2、3等獎多項；還曾獲得“霍英東教育基金會高等院校青年教師獎”、黑龍江省青年科技獎等。主講“昆蟲分類學”“森林昆蟲學”等專業課程。截至目前指導畢業博士13人，碩士27人。
