研究領域
李奇淵主要從事針與腫瘤基因組相關的轉化醫學研究：運用統計學模型從基因組大數據中尋找與腫瘤分型，預後，化療敏感性等臨床特徵有關的遺傳標記；通過多元模型對腫瘤遺傳多態性，體細胞變異，綜合表觀遺傳學特徵和基因表達進行分析建模，認識和理解腫瘤風險因子的生物學功能；分析腫瘤基因組體細胞水平上的各種變異類型及其調控機制
