李卓玉

李卓玉

李卓玉,女,山西大學生命科學學院教授(二級),博士生導師。現任山西大學生命科學學院院長,黨委副書記,山西大學生物技術研究所所長。李卓玉教授於2002.03在德國Kaiserslautern大學生物化學系,並獲得理學博士學位,2003.09至2009.09進入英國鄧迪大學生物醫學中心從腫瘤病因及分子干預研究。在此期間主要聚焦在大腸癌Wnt信號通路、細胞骨架運動和腫瘤細胞的浸潤等領域的研究。2009年秋全職回到山西大學工作,並於2010年入選“山西省海外引進百人計畫”。

主要研究方向

李卓玉教授課題組主要圍繞結腸癌發病機理進行深入系統的研究,包括:腫瘤標靶分子的揭示及其外源分子干預、細胞周期與凋亡、細胞遷移和癌症轉移、腫瘤信號傳導、腫瘤免疫調控等;在分子、細胞、模式動物和人體標本等多個層次進行關鍵基因和蛋白的調控機制研究,為腫瘤的預防和治療發現新型診斷/預後的分子標誌物以及天然產物候選藥物。
