個人經歷
青島大學公共衛生學院營養與健康研究院特聘教授（第五層次），2010年于山東大學獲生物技術學士學位，2017年於浙江大學獲食品科學博士學位。
研究方向
主要研究方向為食品營養學，研究內容主要為脂肪酸與母嬰健康及慢性病的防控，至今發表SCI論文20餘篇。
