李付廣,男,1966年8月出生,河南延津縣人,漢族, 中共黨員,博士,研究員,博士生導師,國家傑出青年基金獲得者,中國農業科學院棉花研究所所長,棉花生物學國家重點實驗室主任,國家棉花產業聯盟理事長,從事棉花遺傳轉化和分子改良研究工作,獲國家科技進步二等獎2項、國家技術發明二等獎1項。
現任中國農業科學院棉花研究所所長,鄭州大學農學院院長。
