朱世平(香港中文大學（深圳）副校長)

朱世平，1982年畢業於浙江大學化工系並獲工程學士學位，1985年留學加拿大麥克馬斯特大學（McMaster）師從世界聚合反應工程之父Hamielec教授，1991年獲博士學位，1994年被聘為化工系和材料系助理教授、1998年升副教授並獲終身職、2001年獲聘“加拿大科研講座”教授，2009至2014年任化工系主任。

現任香港中文大學（深圳）副校長。

人物經歷

朱教授2001年入選“加拿大科研講座教授”，2009年當選加拿大化學聯合會會士（FCIC），2010年當選加拿大工程院院士（FCAE），2011年當選加拿大工程聯合會會士（FEIC），2014年當選加拿大皇家科學院院士（FRSC），2015年獲得麥克馬斯特“傑出大學教授”最高榮譽稱號，2016年獲得加拿大化學工程學會最高獎R.S.Jane紀念獎。朱教授2004年獲中國國家自然科學基金委“海外青年學者”合作研究基金，2005年入選中國教育部“長江學者講座教授”，2012年入選中國中組部短期 “千人計畫”。

朱教授還是Progress in Polymer Science, Industrial Engineering and Chemistry Research, Reaction Chemistry and Engineering, Macromolecular Reaction Engineering, Macromolecular Theory and Simulation，及《中國化學工程學報》（英）等期刊的編輯委員會成員。

研究方向

朱教授長期致力於高分子材料工程科學的研究，專長聚合反應工程、聚合物結構調控、生物材料表面改性、智慧型高分子材料開發、及用於水和空氣淨化的高效絮凝劑、吸附劑、萃取劑等。

主要貢獻

在國際學術刊物上發表論文350多篇，引用上萬次，現已培養高學位人才120多名。
