主要從事可持續發展經濟學方向研究。

主要貢獻

截至2016年底,出版專著2部,在國內外學術刊物“科學通報、Economic Modeling、Time and Society、BioScience、Journal of Applied EcologyES&T、Earth-Science ReviewsGondwana ResearchPNAS”等發表學術論文120餘篇,其中被SSCI收錄43篇、SCI收錄42 篇、EI收錄21篇,1篇論文入選全球千人生命科學計畫(Faculty of 1000 Biology),SCI/SSCI引用一千餘次。
(1)提出了生態服務淨價值計算方法,首次厘定了我國主要陸地生態系統(濕地、農田、林地、草地等)服務的淨價值,為土地規劃和環境保護提供了理論依據和決策方法;
(2)首次厘定了自然因素與社會因素對我國植被變化的貢獻率,厘定了退化生態系統植被修復的一系列演化閾值,與地方政府合作首次驗證了生態修復的“雙贏理論”;
(3)提出了制度變革“平衡理論”,首次論證了政治制度變革(真理問題討論、土地產權變革等)是經濟制度變革的前提條件,保證多數人獲益是制度變革成功的關鍵。
