內容簡介

本教材共分為十個單元,主要內容包括:邀請來訪、準備工作、迎賓服務、入住酒店、會議服務、宴請服務、觀光遊覽、贈送禮品、退房服務、送行。每個單元由“背景知識、熱身練習、情景對話、補充閱讀、練習、拓展辭彙、相關知識、導遊考試輔導八個模組組成。每個單元一個主題,側重聽說訓練。
