於秋則，武漢大學電子信息學院教授、博士生導師。2000年進入華中科技大學圖像識別與人工智慧研究所攻讀博士學位，獲模式識別與智慧型系統專業博士學位。2004-2007年在華中科技大學從事博士後研究，2009-2014年任上海交通大學特聘研究員，2013年赴加州理工學院短期訪學，2014年起任職於武漢大學。
研究方向聚焦合成孔徑雷達（SAR）高精度制導信息處理、多模圖像處理與模式識別。主持總經費超3000萬元科研項目，涉及GPS拒止條件下位置感知技術等領域。在《IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Applied Earth Observations and Remote Sensing》《IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing》等期刊發表SCI論文30餘篇，擁有“極化SAR圖像分割方法”等12項發明專利。擔任中國指控學會C4ISR分會常務理事，主講《資訊理論基礎》《通信網路理論基礎》課程
