揭建勝

人物簡介 1999年與2004年分別獲中國科學技術大學物理系凝聚態物理專業學士與博士學位。2005至2008年先後在香港大學與香港城市大學從事博士後研究工作。2006至2011年任合肥工業大學電子科學與套用物理學院教授,並於2008年入選教育部新世紀優秀人才。現任蘇州大學功能納米與軟物質研究院特聘教授。

主要經歷

1995—1999:中國科學技術大學物理系學習,獲理學學士學位。
1999—2004:中國科學技術大學物理系博士研究生,獲凝聚態物理博士學位;師從王冠中、方容川教授。
2004—2005:香港大學電機電子工程系博士後,從事準一維半導體可控合成的研究。
2005—2007:香港城市大學物理及材料科學系,超金剛石及先進薄膜研究中心研究員(Research Fellow)。師從著名納米科技領域專家李述湯院士(Shuit-Tong Lee)、張文軍(Wenjun Zhang)教授,從事準一維半導體輸運特性、納米器件製備、集成及套用方面的研究。曾領導多人研究小組進行納米器件開發工作。
200612:獲聘合肥工業大學研究員,研究領域包括低維半導體物理、納米材料製備與表征、納米材料電輸運、納米光電器件、納米感測器、柔性納米器件等。
揭建勝教授長期從事低維納米材料的可控合成、結構分析、物性表征以及相應新型微納器件的設計、製備、性能的研究工作,在納米材料與納米器件領域取得了相當的成就。已在重要國際刊物Nano Lett.Adv. Mater.Adv. Funct. Mater.SmallAppl. Phys. Lett.J. Phys. Chem. B等上發表SCI論文30多篇,平均影響因子4.4,論文被SCI檢索引用420多次,其中第一作者論文被引用290多次,h-因子為11。包括Angew. Chem. Int. EditProg. Mater. Sci.Small等頂級期刊上的多篇綜述性論文對申請者的工作進行了近20篇次引用和評論。
揭建勝教授的工作獲得廣泛關注,如Nature China曾兩次在研究亮點專欄中報導了揭教授的工作,一次是以《集成光子學:納米尺度的軍隊》為題報導發表在Appl. Phys. Lett.上關於無催化ZnO納米線陣列合成的工作;另一次是以《光探測器:納米帶的新認識》為題報導發表在Nano Lett.關於單根CdS納米帶光電特性的工作,後者也得到中國科學院、中科院理化所等多個網站的詳細報導與高度評價。而發表在Chem. Phys. Lett.上關於n-型摻雜ZnO納米帶合成與表征的文章亦入選此期刊2003-2007年度“Top-50 most cited articles論文之列。近期關於合成規則有序多孔結構MgO納米管的文章也被納米專業期刊Nanotechnology的姐妹網站Nano techweb . org以短新聞的形式報導。還多次在美國材料協會(MRS)年會等國際國內學術會議上報告最新研究進展。

研究領域

納米光電子器件:利用一維半導體納米材料為組裝基元,構築高性能納米電子、光電子、感測器件,並探索其規模集成與組裝的途徑。例如納米場效應器件、存儲器、發光二極體、光電探測器,以及氣體感測器等各類型納米器件。
納米材料表面與界面:研究表/界面對納米材料光、電性能的影響,通過特定表面修飾和功能化,以及表面電荷轉移或表面電漿增強,調控納米材料光、電性能,在此基礎上發展高性能納米器件,從器件原理與方法上進行創新。
石墨烯生長與套用:發展石墨烯低成本、大面積生長與轉移的技術,探索石墨烯在透明電極、光電子器件、OLED、光伏等領域的套用,對石墨烯的製備、套用進行深入研究。
納米能源技術:控制合成具有高度取向的一維半導體納米材料陣列,利用其優良的陷光能力,結合摻雜及能帶調製等方法,製備高性能納米光伏器件。重點研究超輕、柔性、低成本納米光伏器件的製備與套用。

1、國家自然科學青年基金,基於準一維半導體高性能場效應器件的研究,2009.1-2011.12,60806028,21萬,主持人。 2、2008年度教育部新世紀優秀人才計畫,基於低維半導體納米結構新型微納器件的設計、構建與套用研究,2009-2011,50萬,主持人。 3、中國高技術研究發展計畫(國家863計畫),基於II-VI族半導體納米結構的光電子器件研究,2007AA03Z301,100萬,主持人(副組長)。
研究工作和成果
長期致力於低維半導體納米結構的製備、表征及套用研究,探索納米材料在新一代電子、光電子、感測器等重要領域的套用。在Nano. Lett.、Adv. Funct. Mater.、J. Mater. Chem、Appl. Phys. Lett.等國際重要刊物發表論文70餘篇,被引1400多次,H因子=21,多篇論文被“Nature China” 等期刊與網站作為研究亮點報導。目前申請發明專利8項,已授權1項。擔任SmallAppl. Phys. Lett.、J. Phys. Chem. C、J. Mater. Chem等20多個國際期刊審稿人。主持國家自然科學基金、教育部新世紀優秀人才計畫,參與國家863、973等多項國家級研究項目。
