思慕雪是一種健康飲食概念,它基本上是一種杯中的健康食品,同時也可以理解為一種富含維生素的快餐小吃或甜點."能量思慕雪"更可謂是有效的控制體重的食品.未來思慕雪將成為一種新興的飲料或流體食物. 符合營養學的“每天5種水果”的要求，年輕女性也可以用作代餐。
思慕雪的主要成分是新鮮的水果或者冰凍的水果，用攪拌機打碎後加上碎冰、果汁、雪泥、乳製品等，混合成半固體的飲料。這種飲料類似沙冰，但是與沙冰不同的是它的主要成分為水果，而市面上奶茶店的沙冰多是用果粉、香精等沖兌後與碎冰混合而成的。
思慕雪起源於上世紀70年代的美國，到90年代之後逐漸盛行。 現在美國的著名品牌有Jamba Juice（美劇越獄中出現過）、 Smoothie King、Orange Julius（DQ旗下的品牌）。而在歐洲，英國品牌Innocent Smoothies 占有絕對優勢，其它還有，Zest Juice、freshtime、revive juice。
目前國內品牌還比較少，都是一些特色的水果店、果汁店兼營的項目。價格也還比較高，基本上20~30元/杯，而且還不是很正宗。如果很好奇，可以去DQ裡面嘗試一下。

Silver Smoothie
