徐奎棟

徐奎棟,男, 1969 年 12 月出生,現 中科院海洋研究所責任研究員、博士生導師、2005年入選中科院海洋研究所“百人計畫”。研究領域:多種生境下(海洋沉積物、土壤和寄生)原生動物的分類學、生物多樣性、生態學及生物監測研究。主要學術成就:在Springer以唯一合著者發表專著兩部,合著國內專著2部,發表論文50餘篇 ( 含國際 SCI 收錄 20 篇 )。作為研究骨幹,獲多項國家及省部級獎。為多家國際期刊的特邀審稿人。

人物簡介

徐奎棟 博士導師。男,2005年入選中科院海洋研究所“百人計畫”,研究員,博士生導師。研究領域:多種生境下纖毛蟲原生動物的生物多樣性、生態學及生物監測。主要學術成就: 1 )系統地研究了黃渤海經濟貝類和魚類的寄生纖毛蟲的種類構成、分布、發生規律和危害機制等; 2 )探索利用 原生動物群落結構與功能進行海洋污染監測與評價 ; 3 )開發了海洋微型和小型底棲生物的定量與定性分析技術; 4 )與國際權威原生動物學家 Foissner 教授合作完成自世界各地理分區的代表性纖毛蟲的生物多樣性和地理分布研究,成果以兩部、逾千頁的專著發表在國際著名出版社 Springer (Foissner & Xu 2006, 2007) 。此外,以第 2 、 3 著者合著國內專著 2 部,發表研究論文 50 余篇 ( 含國際 SCI 收錄 20 篇 ) 。作為主要研究骨幹,獲 2004 年國家自然科學獎二等獎 ( 排名 4) 、 1997 年國家海洋局科技進步一等獎 ( 排名 3) 、 1998 年教育部科技進步一等獎 ( 排名 4) 各一項。目前為多家國際 SCI 期刊的特邀審稿人。
