彭斌(電子科技大學教授)

彭斌,男,博士,副教授,1975年11月生於四川大邑。近年主要從事納米電子薄膜材料與器件、鐵氧體薄膜與集成微波器件等研究。

近幾年主講《量子力學與統計物理》等課程。

研究方向

(1)敏感材料與無線無源感測器
利用對溫度、應變等敏感的材料來設計開發無線無源溫度、應變、壓力、扭矩感測器等。目前主要設計開發LC諧振的無線無源感測器以及基於聲表面波(SAW)諧振器的無線無源感測器。
採用無源無線溫度感測器系統,可以對較為複雜以及苛刻的環境進行便捷的測試,如對於封閉空間或者旋轉物體的測試,而且適合長期監測被測點的溫度,其低成本,靈敏度高。
(2)電子薄膜與微波器件
研究鐵氧體薄膜、TaN薄膜等材料的製備及其在微波器件如微波環行器、隔離器、衰減器、匹配負載器件中的套用。
(3)磁性薄膜與自旋電子學
研究金屬軟磁薄膜在磁性感測器中的套用,以及磁性薄膜的高頻磁導率、自旋泵(spin pumping)、逆自旋霍爾效應(Inverse Spin Hall Effect)、自旋波(spin wave)等。
自旋電子學中,自旋被作為信息儲存和傳輸的載體,因此,產生、操縱以及探測自旋流始終是實現自旋電子器件的最基本和最關鍵的技術問題。利用spin pumping來產生自旋流,利用inverse spin hall效應來檢測自旋流是當前自旋電子學的研究熱點。

主要貢獻

作為項目負責人或主研完成了多項國防預研項目以及國家自然科學基金項目等。目前,作為項目負責人主持973子課題一項,參與多項國防科研項目研究。在Journal of Applied Physics,Journal of Magnetism and Magnetic Materials,Physica B,Sensor and Actuator A等國內外重要刊物上發表論文10餘篇。
