張金昌,甘肅天水人,現為中國社會科學院工業經濟研究所研究員,中國社會科學院研究生院教授,北京智澤華軟體公司董事長。先後出版《財務分析與決策》、《現代企業經營理財》、《企業經濟學》(合著)、《21世紀的企業治理結構和組織變革》(合著)、《國際競爭力評價的理論與方法》、《打造國際競爭力》、《財務分析學教程》等專著。主持“加強我國企業競爭力研究”、“21世紀公司治理結構和企業組織變革展望”、“企業資金鍊斷裂的成因和對策研究”等課題研究,在國內外刊物上發表重要論文100多篇,其中 “中國企業開拓國際市場的戰略思考”(香港,《中國評論》雜誌,2000年6期)、“中國養老保險部分積累模式的可行性分析”(〈 International social Security Review, Ma. USA VOL. 53,2000 No.4〉、“中國的勞動生產率:是高還是低?”(USA-China Economics Review,2002.vol.2, New york,中國工業經濟2002年4期)等論文在國內外產生了一定反響。主持開發了《智慧型化財務分析系統》(2001)、《中國建設銀行財務顧問專家系統》(2008)、《財務危機預警系統》(2006)、《中國農業銀行財務風險分析預警系統》(2009)等軟體。
