張英男(浙江大學公共管理學院特聘副研究員、博士生導師)

張英男，浙江大學公共管理學院土地管理系副研究員、博士生導師，擔任中國土地學會青年工作委員會委員、浙江省地理學會人文地理專業委員會秘書長等職，主要研究方向為食物系統轉型與耕地保護、鄉村空間重構與治理、農村土地制度改革。

他於2012年進入吉林大學土地資源管理專業學習，連續三年專業成績第一，獲國家獎學金，並主持國家級大學生創新項目。2021年8月入職浙江大學後，主持國家自然科學基金青年項目、浙江省自然科學基金一般項目等課題，在《地理研究》、Food Policy等期刊發表論文40餘篇，多篇入選ESI高被引論文。

參與國家精準扶貧工作成效第三方評估，相關報告獲國務院及省級部門批示。研究成果獲中國科協優秀科技論文獎、中國科學院院長獎，2019年獲國務院扶貧開發領導小組授予"扶貧開發工作成效第三方評估先進個人"。

人物經歷

浙江大學公共管理學院土地管理系副研究員，博士生導師，中國土地學會青年工作委員會委員，浙江大學城鎮化與空間治理研究中心秘書長，浙江省地理學會人文地理專業委員會秘書長，浙江省國土空間治理專業委員會委員，上海交通大學中國發展研究院流動的中國研究網路研究員，Springer Nature HSSCOMMS編委，Environmental Research: Food Systems編委。主要研究興趣包括耕地保護與糧食安全、鄉村空間重構與治理、農村土地制度改革等。近年來，在Food Policy, Landscape and Urban Planning, Journal of Rural Studies, Land Use Policy, Cities, Habitat International, Planning Theory & Practice 等國際知名期刊以及《地理學報》、《中國土地科學》、《地理研究》、《地理科學》等國內一級期刊發表論文40餘篇，研究成果入選ESI高被引論文及被人大複印資料全文轉載。多份報告被國辦及省委領導採用或批示，在“光明網”、浙江省社科理論平台“之江策”等媒體發表多篇觀點文章。主持或參與國家自然科學基金青年項目、國家自然科學基金重點項目、國家社會科學基金重點項目、國家重點研發項目等。獲中科院院長獎，中國科協優秀科技論文獎（第七屆），扶貧開發工作成效第三方評估先進個人（國務院扶貧開發領導小組頒發）等十餘項榮譽獎勵。The Rural Sociological Society Association 會員，美國地理學會會員，中國地理學會會員，中國區域科學學會會員，中華建設管理研究會幹事。擔任Ecological Economics, Research Policy, Cities, Habitat International, World Development, Technological Forecasting & Social Change, Environmental Science and Pollution Research, Land, Growth and Change, Social Indicators Research, Journal of Cleaner Production, Journal of Geographical Sciences, 《中國土地科學》, 《資源科學》,《自然資源學報》,《農業工程學報》,《地理研究》,《地理科學進展》,《熱帶地理》等國內外知名期刊審稿人。
張英男副研究員於2021年8月加入浙江大學公共管理學院，研究課題涉及鄉村空間治理、鄉村空間資源利用、鄉村規劃、耕地利用與管理、農村土地制度改革、國土空間治理與規劃等議題。
