湖南長沙人，法國里昂大學獲得經濟學本科和金融學碩士學位(精通法語)，加拿大蒙特婁 McGill University, HEC Montreal, Concordia University 三校聯合培養會計專業博士 (2013-2018)， 澳大利亞 University of Melbourne 經濟管理學院會計系訪問學者(2015-2017, 2019-2020)， 曾任教於南京大學商學院擔任特聘副研究員 (2018.08 -2022.10)並且獲得商學院優秀教師獎 (2021)。CAA成員， AAA成員， 為多本全球著名期刊擔任匿名評審：Contemporary Accounting Research, Corporate Governance: An International Review, Accounting and Finance, Accounting Forum, Financial Research Letter, 等等。研究成果發表在會計國際頂尖期刊上 (Contemporary Accounting Research) 以及權威期刊上 (Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Banking and Finance 等)，以及獲得過國內國外學術會議最佳論文獎。
