張德龍(天津大學教授)

張德龍,男,1965年11月出生,籍貫天津,理學博士學位,現任天津大學精密儀器與光電子工程學院光電子信息工程系教授,博士研究生導師。從事與LiNbO3晶體有關的集成光電子器件和光電子材料科學的研究工作。

人物經歷

1986年畢業於天津師範大學物理系理論物理專業, 並獲得理學學士學位;
1989年獲天津師範大學理學碩士學位,主要從事離子束與固體表面相互作用的研究工作;
1994年畢業於南開大學物理系凝聚態物理專業, 獲理學博士學位;
1994年畢業分配至天津大學精密儀器與光電子工程學院光電子信息與工程系集成光學與光纖技術研究室工作至今;
2001年4月應邀赴德進行學術交流活動並參加了第十屆歐洲集成光學會議;
2001年6月破格晉升為教授;2003年9月被評聘為博士生指導教師;
2001年7月作為訪問學者(Research Fellow)赴香港城市大學電子工程系光電子研究中心從事以鈮酸鋰為基底材料的有源和無源光波導器件的實驗研究工作,2002年6月回到天津大學;
此後,張德龍教授與香港城市大學電子工程系光電子研究中心潘裕斌教授所領導的課題組建立了密切的合作關係。每年均短期(3-4個月)赴香港城市大學電子工程系光電子研究中心從事合作研究工作和學術交流活動;此外,張德龍教授還與德國Paderborn大學套用物理系,西班牙馬德里工業大學材料物理系, 德國奧斯那布魯克大學物理系以及突尼西亞Sfax科學學院物理系建立了合作關係。

近年來,張德龍教授的課題組致力於從事與LiNbO3晶體有關的集成光電子器件和光電子材料科學研究以及相應的光波導器件開發工作,作為項目負責人先後主持了10餘項基礎研究及產品研發等科研項目,其中包括國家自然科學基金項目7項,省部級(重點)項目4項。目前在研基金項目有:國家自然科學基金2項,國家博士基金1項,天津市重點基金一項。
