研究領域
綜合運用基因組學、分子生物學、生物信息學、遺傳學、生態學等手段,重點研究昆蟲分子生態學,害蟲控制新技術和天敵昆蟲/生防微生物的綜合套用,建立有害生物綠色防控技術體系。
1. 昆蟲分子生態學:研究主要害蟲和天敵昆蟲對環境脅迫的適應性進化和生存策略;
2. 害蟲控制新技術:研究昆蟲生殖發育的激素和基因調節機制(RNAi和CRISPR/Cas9技術),開展害蟲防治靶標基因的發掘與套用;
3. 天敵昆蟲/生防微生物綜合套用:研究天敵昆蟲/生防微生物套用過程中的生態、生理和分子機制。
