尹佟明

尹佟明

尹佟明 ,生於1970年2月14日·1997年畢業於南京林業大學林木遺傳育種專業,獲博士學位,博士生導師,常務副院長,研究領域為 分子育種學,遺傳學;林木基因識別與克隆;功能基因組學。2003年度獲得瑞典國際基金會頻發的Jubilee Award,併入選2004年教育部“新世紀優秀人才支援計畫”,2008年入選“長江學者”特聘教授,2010年獲得江蘇省十大青年科技之星稱號,2011年獲國家傑出青年基金資助。曾獲美國能源部橡樹嶺國家實驗室科學技術獎、瑞典國際基金會青年科學獎,擔任PLosOne,Forest Research等多個國內外知名學術期刊的編委、為國家自然科學基金委員會第十三屆生命科學部專家評審組成員、江蘇省自然科學基金委員會第五屆學科組專家。

個人經歷

先後在中科院遺傳所,中科院植物所,中國水稻所,美國華盛頓大學,美國北卡州立大學和法國國家農業實驗站進行客座研究和短期進修。並於1999年入選中方代表團,出席在斯洛維尼亞舉行的“首屆中-斯生物技術交流大會”。於2000年8月至2001年12月在瑞典農業大學進行了為期一年半的博士後研究,參加瑞典農大和瑞典皇家工學院聯合主持的林木基因組研究計畫。2002年初美國能源部啟動了楊樹全基因組的測序計畫,本人與該計畫總協調人Gerald A. Tuskan先生取得了聯繫,並獲得項目資助,於2002年1月轉到美國能源部橡樹嶺國家實驗室,參加楊樹全基因組測序計畫研究。楊樹的全基因組測序已於2004年11月份發布完成。在該計畫中主要承擔了序列的組裝工作。
