官萬兵，博士，研究員，博士生導師。燃料電池與新能源技術事業部副主任。2002年7月獲東北大學工學學士學位，2007年3月獲上海大學工學博士學位，2008年12月來所從事博士後研究工作。2009年4月獲“春蕾行動”人才計畫支持。

主要研究領域為平板式固體氧化物燃料電池，參與並主持國家“863”和所內的“春蕾行動”項目。
研究方向
現階段主要從事電堆製造及其影響壽命等性能的因素、規律及其機理研究；
