學術成果
一直致力於研究長非編碼RNA與蛋白質的相互作用，以及該相互作用在腫瘤發生髮展中的意義。其中於2004年發現哺乳動物逆轉座子非編碼RNA具有基因調控作用，提出了逆轉座子非編碼RNA通過與蛋白質相互作用發揮功能的機制,這也是長非編碼RNA-蛋白質相互作用參與腫瘤發生髮展過程的最早報導。近年來，自主建立了篩選與目標蛋白質相互作用的長非編碼RNA的技術平台（RNA—SELEX-seq），為長非編碼RNA篩選及功能研究提供了重要技術手段；發現多種長非編碼RNA可通過與蛋白質相互作用調控多個靶基因從而參與腫瘤發生髮展過程。近5年，承擔了科技部973課題、基金委重大項目、基金委重大研究計畫、科技部“重大新藥創製”科技重大專項、自然科學基金面上項目、教育部博士點基金優先發展領域項目、四川省科技創新研究團隊專項計畫等項目。
研究方向
篩選及鑑定腫瘤、幹細胞相關的長非編碼RNA，並研究其作用機制。
發現長非編碼RNA的新作用機制。
以腫瘤或新生血管表面特異高表達的受體為靶點進行腫瘤靶向治療。
