主要研究方向為淡水微生物的物種多樣性、生理代謝特性及生態修復功能。（1）淡水環境中極端微生物資源的挖掘和套用；（2）藍藻水華微生物群落間的互作關係；（3）典型淡水污染物的環境行為和生態效應。
