基因組資源實驗室

華中農業大學生命科學技術學院基因組資源實驗室，由羅美中教授始建於2005年。實驗室研究方向包括BAC文庫構建，基因組資源的創建與套用，葉綠體蛋白的功能鑑定與分析，水稻功能基因研究等。實驗室對外提供BAC文庫構建，BAC / BIBAC 文庫的PCR篩選，BAC測序BAC末端測序，BAC指紋圖譜製作和物理圖譜製作等服務。

實驗室簡介

華中農業大學生命科學技術學院基因組資源實驗室，由羅美中教授始建於2005年。實驗室主要研究方向包括：BAC文庫構建，基因組資源的創建與套用，葉綠體蛋白的功能鑑定與分析，水稻功能基因研究等。實驗室自創建以來在Plant Physiology, Plant Methods, Rice, Plant Biology, New Phytologist等學術期刊上發表多篇論文。

實驗室具有良好的BAC文庫構建技術及實驗設備，並有專門的BAC文庫構建團隊，多年來為許多科研單位及實驗室構建了許多優質的BAC文庫，構建BAC文庫的物種包括：水稻、玉米、茶葉、魚、蝦等，此外實驗室還對外提供BAC文庫其他相關服務。

  2002－2006 美國亞利桑那大學基因組研究所BAC中心負責人；
  2005－今　 華中農業大學生命科學技術學院任教授；博士生導師
