國際經濟中
本書三位作者均系世界著名的研究國際投資和跨國公司理論的
學者,其中Raym0ndVernon和L0uisT.Wells為美國哈佛商
學院教授,SubramanianRangan為歐洲管理學院教授。Raym0nd
Vernon在60年代中期提出的產品生命周期理論為歐、美企業國際
化奠定了理論基礎,至今仍有很高的學術價值。
本書是主要用於歐美管理院校工商管理碩士研究生的教材,現
已在世界發行了30年。該書分為企業內部管理、企業和國家、國
際環境和案例四個部分,共11章,內容涉及國際經濟、企業國際
化的動機、宗旨、目標和戰略,跨國公司經營和管理,各國經濟
環境比較及政策研究,國際金融市場,國際貨幣、貨物、服務規
則等巨觀及微觀專題。第四部分包括13個企業和國家的案例。
全書結構嚴謹,層次清晰,頗具理論深度。作者注重理論聯繫實
際,將國際企業管理理論滲透於企業國際化經營與運作實際之中,
以啟發學生獨立思考,增強學生分析問題和解決問題的能力。
