研究方向: 浮游植物生態學

研究興趣

海洋浮游植物生理生態學,特別是有害藻華(Harmful Algal Blooms)生態學。當前的研究方向主要包括:1) 研究有害藻華原因種赤潮、褐潮、綠潮種源的生物地理分布特徵;2) 研究典型有害藻華原因種(如米氏凱倫藻、東海原甲藻、劇毒卡羅藻、抑食金球藻等)的生活史特徵如休眠孢囊(子)及其在有害藻華形成和地理擴散過程中的作用; 3) 研究典型有害藻華原因種的營養方式(如特殊生活史、依賴性營養、特殊營養等)對環境變化的生理和行為回響; 4) 海洋有害藻華的生態毒理學(eco-toxicology)和化學互感作用(allelopathy); 5)中國沿海稀見或潛在赤潮藻類特別是甲藻的分類學; 6) 特殊生境的浮游植物多樣性; 7) 浮游植物的比較生態學。
