呂雅蕾，女，醫學博士，河北醫科大學第一醫院腫瘤四科副主任，主任醫師，碩士研究生導師。2004年7月畢業於河北醫科大學研究生學院腫瘤學專業，留校於河北醫科大學第四醫院腫瘤內科工作；2023年9月在河北醫科大學第一醫院工作至今。2017年以醫學訪問學者身份赴澳訪學半年。從事腫瘤內科工作20餘年，在常見惡性腫瘤的診治方面具有豐富的臨床經驗。在常見惡性腫瘤，包括乳腺癌、肺癌、消化道腫瘤的診治方面具有豐富的臨床經驗，並將腫瘤綜合治療的理念用於每一個病例的治療計畫中，深受患者信賴。教學上，多次出色完成醫院下達的教學任務，承擔規培基地的臨床教學工作，包括社會規培生和碩士規培生，及進修醫生的培訓指導、本科生的臨床教學、臨床藥師的臨床培訓等。
現任中國婦幼健康研究會乳腺癌防治研究專業委員會委員；全國乳腺癌防治協作組委員；中國醫藥教育協會疑難腫瘤專業委員會委員；中國醫藥教育協會腫瘤化學治療專委會委員；河北省抗癌協會腫瘤內科專業委員會常務委員；河北省預防醫學會腫瘤復發與轉移防治專業委員會副主任委員等多項社會學術團體兼職。
獲省級科技進步獎2項；市廳級科技進步獎2項；2022年榮獲河北省第二屆住院醫師規範化培訓教學查房競賽內科專業二等獎；2021河北抗癌協會年會論文三等獎；參與多項國際國內GCP研究，包括I期II期III期以及上市後IV期和真實世界研究。以第一作者或通訊作者發表論文14篇，其中SCI論文7篇，北圖核心論文4篇，科技核心3篇，參編著作7部。
