吳小志

吳小志,男,1983年2月生,2004年7月獲重慶大學套用物理學士學位,2009年7月獲重慶大學凝聚態物理博士學位。2009年9月至今任重慶大學物理學院物理系教師。2010年6月遴選為碩士研究生導師,2010年10月破格副教授。

材料物理性質的第一性原理研究

科研情況

從事凝聚態物理和材料科學交叉領域的研究工作,主要涉及位錯、層錯、孿晶界等微觀缺陷及其與高性能材料性質相關的研究,關注電子層次的理解,強調理論模擬與實驗相結合的思路。已發表SCI檢索論文40餘篇,在美國Nova出版社參編專著一章。Acta Mater.,JACS,Philos. Mag., RSC Adv., Z. Naturforsch. A, Acta Mech. 獲重慶大學黃尚廉院士青年創新獎、重慶大學十佳優秀青年教師、重慶市物理學會先進工作者。已培養畢業博士2名、碩士7名,培養畢業的學生獲研究生國家獎學金、重慶大學研究生學術獎、重慶市優秀碩士學位論文等。
