劉興泉，博士，碩士生導師。2006年畢業於韓國忠南大學獲博士學位，2006～2007年韓國忠南大學農化學科從事博士後工作。先後擔任浙江農林大學食品質量與安全系系主任、專業負責人、新疆生產建設兵團第一師農業局副局長、社會合作處副處長。

1、臨安市農村飲用水質量提升支撐技術研究（臨安市疾控預防控制中心，2012-2017）
2、中式預製食品中致病菌的監測及檢測技術開發（“十二五”國家科技支撐計畫課題子項目，2014-2016）
3、精品紹興酒釀製原料米選擇標準制定及品種培育開發研究（紹興市重大工業項目，2012-2016）
4、基於EPS合成酶基因篩選的發酵型蟲草保健黃酒開發研究（紹興市重大農業項目，2014-2017）
教學工作
主要承擔本科生、研究生教學任務，主講綠色食品概論、食品科學導論、食品標準與法規、農業傳播技術與套用、食品質量安全檢測新技術等。先後招碩士生24名，至今已畢業15名。
