劉東方(中國科學院上海高等研究院副研究員)

劉東方:男,1998年吉林大學材料科學與工程系本科畢業;1998.07-2000.9,重慶儀表材料研究所助理工程師;2003年獲得中國科學院物理研究所碩士學位;2007年獲得中國科學院物理所博士學位;2007.11-2011.03,美國洛倫茨伯克利國家實驗室博士後;2011年3月加入中國科學院上海高等研究院,獲2012年度上海市“浦江人才計畫”資助。在Nano Letters、Advanced Materials、Journal of Physical Chemistry B、 Applied Physics Letters 等重要國際期刊上已發表論文70餘篇,被引用超過2500 次。

研究領域:
1、 氣相法直接製備可轉移單晶薄矽,柔性單晶矽太陽電池器件製備與性能研究。
2、半導體薄膜襯底技術,著力於開發可循環反覆使用的廉價襯底並套用於高質量、低成本太陽能電池薄膜研製。
